Hello:

My name is Desiree Hone, I am 19 years old and one of those teens currently in a state of what the hell am I doing. I have been on DA since I was 15, so almost 5 years now and will never leave because like many of you here, I desire to perfect my art the the greatest level of ability I posses. I take the time now to introduce myself so you may get to know me a little bit better on my quest to get to know you guys a little bit better. I have many acquaintances on DA but alas only a handful of friends which I know this community is really about.

My art for years has been a mixed and matched jumbled mess which only in the recent months has taken a more guided turn. The character that that is most commonly seen in my work is Dragon, she is a species created by *Poison-Poptart. The breed is called an Indi, they are dual mammal creatures that represent their sub species by a fully functional (and some times over the top) head on their tail. Another characteristic of their tail is that they are extremely fluffy and thick. Not being anatomically correct to drag around at all.

As for my art style, it is considered stylized, I prefer not to call it anime but to many of my watchers that is what it would be considered. My common media used is pencil and markers, prismacolor mainly, however I do plan to venture into the digital arts soon as well. My desire is to keep Dragon as an anthromorphic character, and work towards the graphic design skill of artists such as , , , and many many others.

I currently am working on making my art fun and yet professional and will treat this DA page as such. I welcome all conversation via notes, and will work much harder to reconnect with people on DA.

I understand that I do have a few commission that I need to finish and I am currently in the progress of doing those. However, and I are doing a summer exclusive, we will be taking on 120 sketch commissions, each for $10. They will be single character graphite commissions on card stock, any complexity welcome.
